Travel Money card from Post office

HOLIDAY money has just got easier with a new pre-paid currency card from the Post Office.

The Post Office Travel Money Card has been launched across 2,250 Post Office branches in the UK which offer "on demand" bureau de change services, making it the most accessible pre-paid currency card on the high street.

Purchases

Post Office Travel Money Card Holders can use their card 24 hours a day to withdraw money from more than one million Visa ATMs, as well as use the card to make purchases at millions of retailers worldwide.

Holidaymakers can conveniently check their balance and reload their card from anywhere in the world. It costs nothing to make top-ups on foreign currency cards and the card is valid for two years, so travellers can save and re-use any leftover money for their next trip.

Because the card is not linked to a bank account and has its own PIN, it's extremely secure and can be replaced quickly and easily if it's lost or stolen on holiday.

The card carries a one-off purchase charge of just £10 and is available in three currencies, euros, US Dollars and sterling.

To top up their balance from anywhere in the world, cardholders simply call + 44 207 4390 8717 or they can visit any of the 2,250 "on demand" Post Office branches when they get home.
