ARE you a fan of things that go bump in the night? Mary King's Ghost Fest 2006 gets underway this month in Edinburgh, giving those with a taste for the supernatural to indulge their ghastly fantasies.
Said to be one of the most haunted city's in Europe, the 10-day, citywide ghost festival promises a tour de force of Edinburgh's dark side and spooky phenomena.
In it's second year, the Mary King Ghost Fest features new events and investigations taking place around this extremely haunted city.
Named after one of Edinburgh's most famous residents, Mary King, who lived at the top of one of the closes off the Royal Mile until her death in 1644, the festival includes the first-ever overnight investigation of the infamous Mary King's Close with Scottish paranormal and UK Living' TV's Most Haunted guest Phil Whyman.
