Off the back of one of the wettest summers on record, the momentum for those booking a short break in the sun this winter is as strong as ever and Falcon Holidays has come up with the perfect solution to the gloomy weather woes with the new Winter Sun programme on sale.

With more people looking to soak up the sun before Christmas the leading tour operator has noticed an increase in demand for seven night breaks across all destinations for November and December. Falcon Holidays is urging people to book now and avail of some excellent prices.

The new brochure features a wide choice of long established winter holiday favourites such as the Canary Islands, Majorca and the Algarve, as well as trips to Lapland and Egypt's Red Sea Riviera.

Falcon Holidays Director, Christine Donnelly, believes that scheduling a winter break into the calendar has become the norm for Northern Irish people with holidaymakers booking since last March for some winter sunshine.
