Lisburn is to get it's first Hotel - subject to planning permission the proprerty on a site near the Hillsborough Road could be ready within two years.

The Premier travel Inn will be developed in conjunction with developer Conway Group and Whitbread on the riverside setting, "the Northern Ireland market provides a very attractive opportunity for us to expand and Lisburn in particular is a city on the up" said Derek Griffin, Northern Ireland acquisitions manager for Whitbread.
