THE bright lights of Las Vegas are now one step closer for local holidaymakers. Thomas Cook launched their inaugural direct flights from Belfast International to Las Vegas, the entertainment capital of the world, on March 12, 2008.

This will be the first ever direct flight to Western USA direct from Belfast and offers local travellers the chance to sample the delights that Vegas has to offer on 7 or 14-night breaks.
